Danielle Hall serves as a Business Strategist at Affinity Consulting Group, conducting in-depth practice analysis to help firms align their people, processes, and technology. Her strategic insights empower firms to optimize efficiency, enhance well-being, and achieve lasting business transformation.

Prior to joining Affinity, Danielle worked in the Kansas Judicial Branch for almost a decade, serving first as a Deputy Disciplinary Administrator where she prosecuted attorney disciplinary cases, assisted with Client Protection Fund investigations, and coordinated the attorney diversion program where she worked directly with many lawyers who were struggling with burnout in the practice of law. She joined the Kansas Lawyers Assistance Program in 2019, serving as the Executive Director. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, she provided direct assistance to law students and lawyers who were struggling with a mental health, substance use, or law practice management-related issues. Most recently, Danielle served as Chief of Professionalism and Outreach for the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration, where she focused on education and outreach for judges, attorneys, law students, and judicial employees in many areas, including leadership and well-being.

Much of her career has been dedicated to improving the practice of law by tackling issues surrounding the connection between well-being, law practice management, and ethics and professionalism in the profession. Including early in her career, when she worked for the Kansas Bar Association developing a practice management assistance program after practicing as a civil litigation attorney in a small firm.

Danielle frequently teaches continuing legal education on many topics, including lawyer well-being, leadership, ethics, law practice management, and technology use in the law practice. She was named a Woman of Legal Tech Honoree in 2023 by the ABA Legal Technology Resource Center.

In addition to serving as the President of IWIL, Danielle is also an active member in the ABA Law Practice Division, having served on several committees, most recently being appointed to the ABA TECHSHOW Board and serving as Vice-Chair of the Well-Being committee. She is also a regular contributor to the Product Watch column of the LP Division’s Law Practice Magazine. Locally, she serves on the Kansas Bar Association Board of Governors and the Kansas Women Attorneys Association Board. She was also appointed to serve on the Kansas Supreme Court’s Well-Being in the Profession committee. In her free time, she serves an adjunct professor at Washburn School of Law, teaching Law Practice Management. Danielle received her B.A. in 2006 from Washburn University and her J.D. in 2009 from Washburn School of Law, where she was named the Graduate of the Last Decade in 2019.
