Hannah Fabrikant

Hannah Fabrikant is the director of professional development at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Hannah oversees the firm’s attorney and staff training throughout the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She also leads the firm’s wellness trainings and engagement initiatives for associates and non-equity partners. Hannah is passionate about creating new and innovative ways to make training and development useful and fun. She works on projects ranging from revamping the mentoring initiative, developing new experiential trainings, to launching a real-time feedback platform. Hannah attended Santa Clara University School of Law and The University of Southern California, and was a litigator for several years before transitioning into professional development and training eight years ago.
