Mark H. Goldberg is the Director of Global Health & Well-Being at Latham & Watkins, overseeing well-being strategy and implementation across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Mr. Goldberg has spent 23 years in the multinational legal sector, starting his career as a Latham attorney focusing on commercial litigation and antitrust matters, and later transitioning into a full-time management role running the firm’s internal communications function. In 2009, he was part of a core group that set out to build Latham’s first global wellness initiative, which quickly evolved into its comprehensive health and well-being program. In 2013, Mr. Goldberg assumed full-time management of the firm’s well-being strategy, expanding it to include more concerted focus on mental health, resilience, chronic condition management, musculoskeletal issues, and other areas. He is a frequent presenter and public speaker, having run trainings across the globe on topics from mental health and self-care to ergonomics, health resources, and well-being strategy.

A graduate of Cornell University and NYU Law School, Mr. Goldberg has been awarded numerous distinctions related to internal communications, employee relations, and health and wellness programming. He began his career as a high school teacher in Japan, and in his free time works on projects as a first-time novelist and essayist.
