Adeep Segkar

Adeep is the Global Head of Commercial, Innovation & Technology Legal at Barclays and the Joint Accountable Executive for Wellbeing across Barclays’ in-house legal function. Navigating through change and the role of leaders in fostering wellbeing through it has been a particular focus area to date in his wellbeing work, along with a broader focus on mental, physical and social wellbeing as the function adjusted to hybrid working after the pandemic, and partnering with law firms to drive wellbeing together. building on the Mindful Business Charter. Having grown up around the world, Adeep is also passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and was a founder of Barclays’ pioneering work experience programme for neurodiverse aspiring lawyers.
