Ben Carpenter

Ben Carpenter is a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at U.S. Bank.  Ben has been at U.S. Bank for over 20 years and currently leads a team of 15 lawyers who support U.S. Bank’s consumer and business banking groups.  Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Ben was a Senior Counsel at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

Ben led the U.S. Bank Law Division’s well-being program from 2019-2023 and now focuses specifically on implementing practices to improve well-being in its outside counsel relationships.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers of Minnesota.
