Gretchen Rose

Gretchen is a human resources director for Cozen O’Connor, a law firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She works with a team executing talent management operations and benefit and well-being programs for the organization. A native Philadelphian, Gretchen has her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College and a master’s in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. She discovered international travel in graduate school and has not looked back. Her favorite destination is France, although she is hard pressed to turn down any travels abroad, even if for only a weekend.
