Jennifer is the Well-Being Program Manager for the New York State Bar Association. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire, going on to complete an accelerated master’s program at the State University of New York at Albany. Jennifer has over six years of experience managing direct crisis intervention services for victims of interpersonal crime. Through the peak of the pandemic, Jennifer also worked as a team supervisor on the Covid-19 emotional support hotline. As a licensed master social worker in the state of New York, Jennifer is focused on navigating the impacts of vicarious trauma to prevent burnout. As the Well-Being Program Manager, Jennifer works with the Committee on Attorney Well-Being to support wellness initiatives in the legal field. With the Eight Pillars of Attorney Well-Being, NSYBA believes sustainable balance is necessary to achieve legal success
