Roslyn (Roz) Pitts is the director of professional development and well-being at Katten. She started her professional career as an environmental lawyer. After seven years of practice, she discovered her passion for talent and built a career focusing on legal talent management strategies, including attorney recruitment, training, development, engagement and retention, orientation and integration, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and well-being.
Roz received her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law and B.A. in International Relations with a minor in economics from Boston University. She is also a Certified Lawyer Coach, Mental Health First Aid First Responder, and certified yoga instructor. Roz lives just outside of Asheville, North Carolina, with her husband, Eric Dickerson, and two cats. She enjoys playing pickle ball, golfing, and mountain living.
