Well-Being Week in Law 2025
WWIL is organized annually by the Institute for Well-Being in Law (IWIL) during Mental Health Awareness Month. It aims to raise awareness about mental health and encourage action and innovation across the profession year-round to improve well-being.
This website is intended to give you everything you need to participate. WWIL is for well-being stakeholders of all types and sizes—including individuals, firms, organizations, corporate legal departments, government entities, bar associations, and law schools.
You’ll find activity ideas and resources to support all levels of participation.
Let’s work together to encourage and facilitate well-being for all!
2025 Theme: Well-Being Reboot
This year’s overall theme is Well-Being Reboot: A Fresh Start for Positive Change. For an explanation of the theme, click here.

WWIL Daily Schedule
The hub of WWIL is the Daily Schedule, which recommends activities and webinars for each day of the week.
Each day focuses on a distinct dimension of holistic well-being for legal professionals:

Register, Participate, & Win Prizes
Everyone loves free prizes, and it's easy to enter to win during WWIL. All you need to do is register—whether you're an individual or a representative of an organization.
Registration is not required but it gives us a sense of who is participating so that we can support them better. Everyone who registers will be entered into a raffle for free well-being related prizes. You can find the list of prizes on the Register for WWIL page.
Questions?
Do you have questions about WWIL? You can contact IWIL's Executive Director, Denise Gaskin, or this year's WWIL Co-Chairs, Anne Brafford and Tara Antonipillai.
